We’re always looking for passionate, enthusiastic people to help make Fife Pride happen — not just on the big day, but all year round! Whether you can spare a few hours for the event itself or want to be part of the year-round planning team, there’s a place for you.

Year-Round Roles
Our planning team works throughout the year to bring Fife Pride to life. These roles can be flexible to suit your skills and availability, and include:

• Community Engagement – Connect with local groups, schools, and organisations to promote inclusion and involvement.
• Marketing & Social Media – Help us spread the word through creative campaigns, social media content, and press outreach.
• Fundraising & Sponsorship – Support our mission by helping secure the funds and partnerships we need to make Pride happen.
• Logistics & Operations – Coordinate the practical details that keep everything running smoothly.
• Volunteer Coordination – Help recruit, train, and support our volunteer team.

Event Day Roles
On Pride day itself, we need a big team to keep the celebrations safe, fun, and welcoming. Opportunities include:

• Event Stewards – Welcome visitors, guide them around the site, and ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable day.
• Parade Marshals – Keep the parade flowing and support the celebrations along the route.
• Set-Up and Take-Down Crew – Help transform our festival site before the event and pack it away afterwards.
• Festival Site Support – Be ready to lend a hand wherever needed to keep the event running smoothly.
• Photographers & Videographers – Capture the magic of the day for our community and future promotion.
