
Here’s how the celebration unfolded:
9:00am – Pride Breakfast
Festivities kicked off early at The Hive, where visitors were welcomed with a hearty Pride Breakfast from 9:00am. At just £6.00, it offered a relaxed and energising start to the day.
1:00pm – Parade

The Pride Parade gathered from 12:45pm at Fife College’s St. Brycedale campus and stepped off at 1:00pm, following this route:
- Start: Carlyle Road (Fife College)
- Crossed Townsend Place
- Down Kirk Wynd
- Along the High Street (pedestrian zone)
- Right up Whytescauseway
- Finishing at Kirkcaldy Town Square by the Town House

1:30pm – Festival Entertainment & Community Zones
From 1:30pm, the Town Square came alive with vibrant performances, stalls, and festivities lasting through to around 7:00pm. The stage was hosted by April Adamás and featured a dazzling mix of artists, drag royalty, live music, and local talent.
A full entertainment schedule was shared in advance and followed on the day, keeping the stage buzzing with continuous performances.

Youth Zone – The Hive (1:30pm–4:00pm)
A welcoming, activity-filled space designed for LGBTQIA+ youth and their friends. Highlights included:
- Arts and crafts
- Rock painting (BYO rock!)
- Drag Performances
- Computer games
- Badge Making
- And much more!
Fife Pride 2023 brought the Kingdom to life once again — with love, pride, and community spirit at its heart.
